Our menu changes each week based on what is growing in the fields, what we forage and what our farmers are excited about. Everything we gather and make is from Grey County producers with an emphases on organic and regenerative farming.
We invite you to be surprised by your dining experience with us. We are inspired by the passion of our farmers and the land. Taste always comes first.

Our menu changes every single week. Please allow these to be a guide for general outline. If you have any specific questions do not hesitate to reach out. In the winter we cannot accommodate a pescatarian or vegetarian diet since we work within the seasons we ask that vegetarians join us when the veggies are abundant. We unfortunately are unable to accommodate a vegan, dairy free , gluten free and pescatarian diet at this time.
